Supportkids believes that child support payments are the greatest indicators of our progress on your case. We also know that effective communication along the way can be equally important to you. The goal of our Client Relations Unit is to ensure that you have access to the most recent and accurate information on your case. We know that you may not be able to contact us during normal business hours, which is why we offer a variety of communication options to fit what works best for you!
Client Online | - Go to Account Summary
- 24 hour Internet access to your account information.
- View case status which will inform you where your case is located in our process.
- View case activity which will inform you of our efforts to collect your child support.
- View Supportkids payment history. Our records will provide you with a check number, check date, check amount and check status.
- Update your personal information including address, phone numbers and email address.
- View FAQ’s about a number of topics that may be related to your case.

- 24 hour interactive voice response system you can access from any phone.
- Obtain case activity which will inform you of our efforts to collect your child support.
- Listen to your most recent payments from Supportkids. The message will include check number, check date, and check amount.
- Leave voice mail questions/information about your case and pick up private voice responses through the same system.
